WAIST: 26". A small waisted but long pair of polyester bell bottoms from the vintage 1970s in very good condition. Never worn with a label still attached. A patchwork design on a salmon color fabric. Super 3" no belt waistband. Skinny through the thighs and then flares out to 12"...
