Wonderful 13" tall rag doll by Schramer. Dolly is dressed in a black and white double stripped dress edged in frothy lace and trimmed in narrow white rick rack. There are also lacy pantaloons a cape and a bonnet that ties with a white satin ribbon. On her sleeve is the artists information....
