PLEASE READ BEFORE SENDING QUESTIONS. We do welcome all inquiries concerning the items for sale in OUR store and will attempt to answer them within 72 hours if possible. We are sorry but we receive hundreds of Emails each month requesting information about customer's private collectibles --history, value, how to sell etc...
We CANNOT make appraisals or identifications over the Internet. We receive too many emails each day to give you information on your grandmothers china or your uncles cigarette lighter. We wish we had the time but we simply do not. We are not trying to be rude but if you are writing to ask about some china you have had passed down to you and you would like to find out the history or the value ‘WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESPOND‘.
