Souvenir Tote or Hand Bag from St. Martin or St. Marten. Bag is made of that early feed sack type material. Bag measures about 15 1/2 x 13" and from the bottom to top of handle(s) measures close to 21" in length. Nice same color/design on both sides. I do not see any holes in the Bag....
