This is a nice example of a trumpet shape bowl on a wine glass with a double button-stem. This has 10 cut elongated panels tapering to a wafer. This flint glass, with a great belltone, is probably English, and dates from circa 1840. Measures 4 7/8"high by 2 7/8" in diameter. This has a cut and polished pontil. It's in excellent condition. See the other examples we have of early blown and cut glass. (P177)
