Manufacturer: Pioneer Wear

Not sure if I should call this a coat or a cape. Shaped like a coat, but has leather strapes holding the side together. Wonderful sating lining with the label "Pioneer Wear, Alburquequie, USA" on the inside. Is a size women's medium. Is on a size 7/8 dress form. In excellent condition.
