<title>Gorgeous Large Chinese Wood Carving</title>
<link>http://pages.tias.com/12502/PictPage/1922765304.html</link>
<description>This is a very impressive piece of old chinese woodcarving dating from the 1920&#x27;s. It measures 15.5 inches tall by 8.5 inches wide by 6 inches deep and weighs a hefty 7.5 pounds. If you look carefully at the pictures, you will see that not only are the foodog&#x27;s eyes and teeth inlaid with bone, but so too are the eyes of the child and the deity. This is one sign, along with the quality of the carving, which indicates that this is a quality piece done by a master carver. The foodog is missing one section of his teeth, but it doesn&#x27;t detract from the piece. Please check out the pictures, as they accurately represent the condition. <title>Large Lacquered Mother of Pearl Inlaid Vase</title>
<link>http://pages.tias.com/12502/PictPage/1922765283.html</link>
<description>This is a vintage Chinese decorative lacquerware vase dating from the 1950&#x27;s. It has the classic bottle shape and the ground is a beautiful gold and black flecked color. The decoration consists of flowers and birds done in mother of pearl. This impressive piece stands 15.5 inches tall and is 6.5 inches in diameter. We can&#x27;t tell what the base material is, but it doesn&#x27;t appear to be porcelain, pottery or metal. It may be turned wood or some compostion material, since it is lightweight for its size, about two pounds. It is in good condition with a couple of minor chips to the lacquer on the lip. Please check out the pictures, as they accurately represent the condition. Thank you for looking and feel free to use the quot;contact us quot; button if you have any questions. <title>Large Cloisonne Dragon Covered Urn</title>
<link>http://pages.tias.com/12502/PictPage/1922756180.html</link>
<description>This impressive piece was obtained from a collector in the Netherlands, believed to be ca 1900&#x27;s. It measures 12.5 inches high and 5 inches across. It is adorned with two multi-coloured dragons chasing the flaming pearl. The lid is decorated with a Jingtai blue wave pattern around the finial and border. This wave pattern is repeated on the urn itself. It is all executed on a black ground with a fine wire cloisonne cloud motif. There are a few minor dings and the lid appears to have a small area of restoration round the finial. Other than this, it is in very good condition. All in all it is a fine example of high quality, turn of the century cloisonne . Please check out the pictures, as they accurately represent the condition.
