Published by Methuen, 1980. ISBN 0-416-00781-3. Soft cover, 8-1/2 x 11 inches, 248 pages. Unfortunately, it is not in the best condition. Covers are creased, page corners are turned up and worn, back cover has a 4-3/4 inch separation from the spine, and there is dirt inside front and back covers and on edges.
