This is a pair of Early American Pressed glass candleholders. They are made of very thick glass and come from a 3-part mold. The holder part is a clear rounded bulb. From that, three legs go out and then down at a 90-degree angle. The base is covered with patterns including a herringbone or chevron pattern. The bottom edge of the base has a scalloped edge. The base is about 4 ¼ inches in diameter and the whole thing stands about 3 ¼ inches tall. Both pieces are in mint condition. |
