"Snow Biz" is the first in an annual Mickey Mouse figurine ornament series "Walt Disney Characters" made for Disney by Schmid. In 1989, the series was shortened to "Disney Characters". None of the figurines 1st-6th are marked being in a series until 1991 which indicates it was the 7th and final edition. This 1985 figurine, 3" high, features Mickey getting ready to ski the slopes for the holiday. Underside marked: Walt Disney Productions - Japan. (Note: there are three very small chips on the figurine) Figurine comes in original box. |
