Here's a pretty little plate with the MEITO CHINA, HAND PAINTED, MADE IN JAPAN mark, and an added stamp THE JONROTH STUDIOS, HAND PAINTED below.
It measures about 6 1/8-in. diameter and has no scratches; however, it appears that something has caused the beginning of some crazing on the center area of the plate.
The plate features four beautiful little flowers, two singles and a cluster of two more painted on twin borders of cream and light blue. The gold rim surrounding the borders is bright and shiny with light wear. It’s a beauty! (4241) |
