This tile has an outstanding matte gray glaze, and has impressed designs in each corner that have a Chinese flair. Made by Teco, from Illinois, circa 1900, this tile typifies the beauty of glazes and simplicity of design during the Arts & Crafts Movement in the US. Measuring 6 square by ¾ thick, this has fully glazed sides as well. The tile has been professional restored around the edges. The backmark is crisp overall excellent condition. (#T1125-D)
