Condition: nice and clean, natural fold down the center, no tears, small smudge on edge of top margin (would fit under a mat), light water mark on lower margin on left page which does not detract from this bold ad. Small clean tear along center fold which occurred during removal from magazine and which is rather invisible when flat.
Margins: Normal ad borders, minimum 1/2" page margins -- ready for matting/framing
