World Outboard Championship Collector Plate or Tray. The only information I could find was that the championships were sponsored at Lake Havasu, London Bridge Resort in Arizona in 1976 or 1977. It looks like the tin plates or trays with a rim but this one is made of black molded plastic. Bright Red or Maroon background with a picture of the Freedom Fountain and an outboard motor boat skimming across the water. Reads Lake Havasu City Arizona London Bridge.
