This pair have those wonderful hand embroidered features, attached limbs, colorful vintage fabrics, thumbs, and faces made of more than one piece. The Black American woman has one loose red string on her lips, a 1 1/4" open seam right upper arm that's an easy restitch, 1 loose curl, and 1 missing button on her skirt. He has 3 loose curls, small tear in his shirt in the back under his pants. The Black American girl was probably carried by her right arm. Wonderful pair of 13" Black American ragdolls are also unique in the fact they are an older couple, not the more usual girl and boy.
