This block print engraving by Hornyansky is titled Ryndijk Village (Holland). Nicholas Hornyansky lived from 1896 to 1965. He was born in Budapest and moved to Canada in 1929. This is an earlier piece from before he started his Canadian series. This is an attractive image in muted colors of beige and shades of green. It is in a simple painted frame. The image measures 16 by 12 inches. The framed picture measures 20.5 by 18.25 inches. |
