They are mounted on a slice of 2 inch diameter branch painted white with added MICA. They have Chenille legs & hands - two have chenille hats. Their coats & scarves are felt. Faces are composition with painted on features. They look like Russian men to me.
Man in yellow with bell is complete.
Second man in yellow is missing one chenille hand and holds nothing.
Man is red hold partial violin and is missing both hands.
Man in brown with red scarf holds a page of music and a chenille baton. He is missing his felt hair.
Bottom is ink stamped: License (can't read rest of line) - Manufactured Under Pat. No. (I can't read it but is 6 digits long, I think).
I believe these decorations could be restored fairly easy.
