Manufacturer: Vintage Christmas Santa
Vintage 14" tall type of Folk Art doll dressed in a faded and slightly torn red crepe paper outfit with black crepe paper belt, boots, cotton beard and trim, holding a Christmas tree. Needs head restrung. I think whoever made the doll into Santa disconnected the head and used it as a candy container as there was 3 small wrapped candies that came out when doll was turned over. The head will sit on the cone shaped neck by its self. I would guess circa 1920's. Very interesting. |
