This is a vintage sterling vermeil brooch with two blue prong set rhinestones. The brooch is marked VAN DELL, 12K GF ON STERLING. It measures 2-1/2 inches by 1-1/2 inches. The brooch appears to be in good condition but it does have a heavy age patina and I can't tell if there is wear to the gold fill. I have not cleaned or polished the brooch.
