This clear glass insulator is marked: Pyrex T.M. / Reg.U.S.Pat.Off. / Made in USA / D.H.Pat. Appd. For. Although the Corning Glass Works has been in existence since 1868, the Pyrex patent was not issued until 1919, and the trademark was not granted until 1925. The plant still operates and is currently one of the leading manufacturers of fiber optic cables. In good + condition it measures 4 1/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide.
