This is the creamer to the toy Nursery Rhyme table set. Maker unknown, c. 1900. There are 3 panels, each depicting a character from a nursery rhyme. The person with the pail is from "Jack and Jill", the boy jumping over the candlestick is from " Jack Be Nimble", and I assume the boy with the dunce cap is " Little Jack Horner." 2 7/16" h x 1 7/8" w. This is a pressing from a worn mold. I believe the 2 horizontal and 1 vertical hair width lines on the Jack be Nimble panel are in the making. (#5724)
