Beautiful Victorian gold wash bookchain necklace. Each one of the Bookchain links has a star in the center, and each one is 3/8 of an inch square. The Bookchain part of the necklace is 18 inches, and the pendant is 1 1/4 inches long and 1 3/8 inches wide. The claw set Red Stones are most probably synthetic (Not real ruby) The clasp is a push clasp on the side of the pendant. There is what looks like a Masonic compass on the front of the pendant. It is a Beutiful Antique Piece, and it is in Great Condition. There are NO Gold mazrks on the necklace, and I think it is Gold fill. It is unusual as it is so long. |
