This unusual Royal Worcester plate dates c. 1879 and was made special for Richard Briggs, Boston. The plate is 9 1/8".
The plate has heavily enameled red fruit with gold and bronze leaves decorated in the Aesthetic style. The ground has allover shadow gray and cream flowers. A most unusual plate in excellent condition. See our companion plate.
