Depression Era green frosted octagonal shaped powder jar known as the Graduation Hat with Tassel circa 1930s. It is approximately 2.25 inches tall and 4.18 inches x 4.18 inches at the widest points. This piece does have some small chips and nicks, and the frosting was not evenly applied we have tried to show these defects in the pictures. We also believe that the tassel on this piece has also been replaced. And as you can see this piece does glow under a black light, but is only uranium glass and not Vaseline glass. Even with the defects this still displays nicely and would function very well.
