This is an adorable child sitting on an object ( a closer look makes me think it is a highchair) that is draped with beautiful lace. The expression on the childs face is priceless, and the outfit is adorable as well. The boots really stand out against the background. There are no identifying marks/names on the card. I suspect early 1900s and southern Iowa for origination.
