This is a vintage filigree sash buckle or belt and matching brooch. The pieces have a Geisha girl in front of a fan on them. Each of the pieces does have a mark on them but I am not familiar with it. The buckle has four bezel set red rhinestones. It measures 4-1/2 inches by 2-3/8 inches. The brooch measures 2-3/8 inches by 3-1/2 inches. The brooch does have one broken piece of filigree on the top edge. The pieces have a very heavy age patina and may need cleaning or polishing. Please let me know if you have any questions.
