This happy little clown is really unique. A cigarette placed in his mouth results in smoke coming from his nose. He wears a green hat with dots. There is a little gold fly on the tip of his nose. Marked "Japan". He is 3" tall, 4" from front to back. There is a straw mark on one cheek, which would have been from the cooling at the factory.
