This is from a friend's estate and dates to the 1960s or 70s. The hinged bangle bracelet is about 7/8" wide, and nearly 2 1/2" in diameter. It's about 7 1/4" in circumference and fits a small to medium woman's wrist. It has a curved shape and is nearly 1/2" thick.
The bracelet is made of segments of natural bone which has a lovely yellowed patina. It has very nice brass detail, a lovely oval faux or simulated turquoise center focal piece, and the interior is entirely brass.
The clasp is a pin type clasp and opens and closes easily. Very nice vintage condition, the bracelet is well made and ready to wear and enjoy! |
