MADE IN THE USA: This unusual clock was made in 1935 by the famous Seth Thomas clock company of Thomaston, Conn, USA. This clock is in good operating order. It has been cleaned and serviced, keeps good time and ready for your enjoyment.
The oval reflective surface of the clock is actually a mirror with a coppertone tint matching its coppertone dial.
This clock also has the 'Red Dot' warning system which lets you know when the electricity has been off to signal you the time may not be correct. To clear that red dot, just plug into electricity and tip the clock upside down and the dot disappears again until the next time electricity fails.
There is a slight chip that has been painted over on the very top rear of the mirror as shown in the photos. It is not that obvious and does not alter the operation of the clock.
