Lovely marbled blue oval is, I think, the Czech version of "lapis." Coiled over center stone is an open braided wire topped with blossoms and laid over the oval - that blue stone is not going to fall out! Outer edges are open, highlighted by small blue stones and brass thingies. Measures just short of 2 and 1 1/2. I am sure this was hand assembled and safety clasp has obviously been replaced.Very good antique condition. |
