This is a very nice antique cupboard latch and catch with a nice ornate design! Two are shown, price is per each one. It is cast iron, clean, no paint, ready to be painted if you wish, no rust, no damage. This model has a spring loaded lever with a knob, on the larger main casting, and is designed to allow the door to be closed to the lock position, to open slide the level to release the bolt. Works great, good spring. The hole spacings are about .87" on the width, and 1.31" on the length of the larger casting. With both together the overall size is 1.25" x 2.5". A hard to find antique lock/latch from the mid to late 1800's era! Price is per each 2 piece set, latch and catch. |
