I believe this bead covered gourd is Native American made. Perhaps sold as a souvenir? Possibly from the '40's-'50's era. Stands 7.5 in. tall. It measures approximately 4.5 in. diameter at the widest part. Beads are fine, tiny and all in good shape, I believe. Cork fits into the top so would have been a container for some kind of liquid. |
