This copper powder flask measures 7 in. tall and is 3.25 in. wide. Embossed with image of flags, crossed rifles and a cannon. The fittings at the top are of brass. It appears that the side seams have been repaired. Perhaps with solder, I think. The lever at the top moves, I assume to release powder.?Will make a great display piece. No markings. I believe this would be from the late 1800's or early 1900's. |
