This 1922 Jello Cookbook was illustrated by Norman Rockwell and has some great illustrations. The colors are good and the pictures are clear. The introduction on Page 1 (the inside cover) was written by Alic Bradley, Principal, Miss Farmer's School of Cookery. The cookbook gives lessons on making jello. The book measures 6 1/8 inches long by 4 1/4 inch wide. There are 14 pages plus cover. Inside this booklet is the 4 page insert on Jell-O Ice Cream Powder. The title of this pamphlet is "It's So Simple" Jell-O America's most famous dessert. This is a great addition to any collection. |
