Offering this nice clean old monkey wrench in with a wood handle in good working condition. It's marked "...... ...... MFG. CO. GIRARD PA. USA". Size is: 8.5" long overall. There is quite a few dings on the jaws mostly, but overall a very nice clean adjustable wrench with a good solid hardwood handle that has a few no cracks or splits. The wrench is straing, not bent or cracked, good threads, some inside jaw wear, but better than most from the 1800's era. A good straight monkey wrench by a rare maker! <br> The factory in Girard PA. that made these wrenches was reported destroyed by fire in or around 1902. To my knowledge the factory was not rebuilt.
