This wonderful 1970's ELECTRIC portable typewriter definitely carries the nostalgic look of the 70's. It was a very well built machine that has the typing touch of the best machines made in that era. It has all the features anyone could want and everything is working beautifully on this machine. The color of the typewriter is medium brown with white key buttons.
This particular typewriter has a very clear and good looking script type that looks like handwriting. It has a new black ribbon installed. I sell new ribbons in my store which are located under the category of TYPEWRITER SUPPLIES.
The typewriter has a 12 inch platen on it (wide platen) which means you can put a sheet of paper in sideways which is great for ledger pages, etc. This unit comes complete with its own original carrying case.
If you are looking for a good yesteryear working typewriter that is a workhorse and ready for hard work, this is the machine for you.
A side note is that the tab bar is hard to locate in the pictures as it is the long bar in between the SET and CLEAR buttons just under the Coronet Automatic 12 logo. What a great and easy to operate machine this is. |
