Beautiful Vintage Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Swung Bud Vase. Fenton Glass was established in 1905 by Frank and John Fenton in Martin's Ferry, Ohio, the earliest pieces were hand painted on blanks from other glass companies. Unable to get the quantity of glass they needed, they decided to make their own glass and 1907 the opened there own glass factory in Williamstown, West Virginia.
The Hobnail line is one of the largest and most successful patterns ever produced, with a production date of 1948 to 1989. This vase has a swung ruffled edge, it is 8 3/4 inches tall, marked on the bottom with the Fenton logo and is in excellent condition. Please see our other listings for additional pieces of Fenton.
