This is an advertising piece made for U.S. Tile & Marble Company. They were located in Washington, D.C. The dates on the side are 1921 and 1939. Done in a mottled pink and white - this appears to be made of marble. Measures 5" long by 3 3/8" across by 3/4" high. The bottom only marked Made in USA, this looks very much like other pieces made by the Trenton Porcelain Company. Chip just above the 1939 date - hard to see as the material is the same color all the way through.. A great piece for anyone who collects tiles or collects Washington D.C. history items. (#T-2038)
