Beautiful Vintage Large Fenton Milk Glass Hobnail Ruffled Basket #3734. Fenton Glass was established in 1905 by Frank and John Fenton in Martin's Ferry, Ohio, the earliest pieces were hand painted on blanks from other glass companies. Unable to get the quantity of glass they needed, they decided to make their own glass and 1907 the opened there own glass factory in Williamstown, West Virginia.
The Hobnail line is one of the largest and most successful patterns ever produced, this piece was produced from 1948 to 1989. This basket has a ruffled edge, it is about 10 1/2 to 11 inches tall and 12 inches across and is in excellent condition. A wonderful addition to your collection or a beautiful decorative piece!
