Japanese Wheel Thrown Stoneware Dish or Shallow Bowl. I has a gentle pinched ruffled edge and a lovely wintergreen on cream glaze. It is signed, dated and there is a dedication on the bottom. However since it is in Japanese I can't read it. Some told me that this was made and given as a wedding gift. It is 11.75" across and stands 2.25 high. |
