I think this barbell shape 1930s blown glass ornament from Germany represents a baby rattle. It's a little over 5 inches high, silvered with a pink upper bulb, blue at the lower bulb base. It's in good condition with no chips or flakes, a little finish wear to the blue coloring and some minor streaking to the pink. One side of the ornament has a small dot of stray blue paint.
