This is a vintage combination brooch or pendant. The brooch is signed but I cannot read what it says. I believe it might be Israel. The brooch is vermeil filigree with what appears to be an eilat stone in the center. The stone has not been tested. The brooch measures 1-1/2 inches by 1-1/4 inches.
