A box of 12 simply gorgeous 1950s blown glass Christmas ornaments from Poland. They're medium to larger in size, about 3 inches high or slightly more. Seven are round with deep ribbed center indents tinted in bold blue, reddish pink, and magenta colors with white mica decoration.
The other five (four round, one teardrop shape) are decorated with bands of purple-blue and magenta pink with lots of white mica glitter. Most of these non-indented ornaments have some loss of the inner silvering, resulting in a semi-transparent effect when held to the light. There is some wear to the white mica glitter and one ornament has a chipped pike visible below the metal cap. The original Santa Land ornament box has one split lid corner and a torn cellophane window.
