Ex-Library, with all the usual stamps, and markings; plus a pocket, and a bar code sticker, on the front free endpaper. Dust jacket is covered in mylar and taped to book covers. The mylar jacket cover is scuffed and scratched. Upper and lower edges of jacket have slight creases, mainly at spine. Slight wear to corners of boards. Inside is clean except for library stamps along the lower edges of pages 3 and 37 and rear end paper. Upper edge of page 3 also has an inked number along the upper edge. Pages starting with page 81 have a diagonal crease, most sharp on page 81 and lessening in sharpness on the following pages. Table Five - A covered by paste down revised table.
