A set of one dozen early metal Christmas tree light reflectors in punched tin (the holes do not go all the way through the metal). Several are marked on the back "Patents Allowed And Pend.". I found them in one of my Christmas books identified as Diamond Ray brand, circa 1927. About 3 inches diameter, they are in a variety of different star, flower, and poinsettia shapes.
The reflectors are are surprisingly heavy, at least in comparison to later foil reflectors. All have their 5 metal prongs to secure the bulbs in the centers and are in good vintage condition - one oddly has factory made cuts at the center with minor bends at the opening edge - perhaps used with a larger size light bulb. They are a dark pewter gray color, not as shiny as they appear in the second photo. One reflector has a few spots of light surface rust.
