Circa: 1973 Country of Origin: United States Manufacturer: Mosser Glass Co
A set of six multi-colored salt cellars or open salts, made by Mosser Glass Company in the 1970s from Cambridge molds. They are 1-1/2 inches diameter by about 7/8" deep. The colors are amethyst, green, pink, blue, rootbeer (dark amber), and gold (light amber). The corners are beveled with all edges ground and polished.Like most ground and polished glass of this type, there are a few tiny pinpoint marks to the bottoms or rims when examined closely. The inner rim of the green salt is noticeably chipped as shown in the 2nd photo closeup.
