Last year I acquired scores of pieces of old-stock, never-sold jewelry from the 1980s, in original packaging. This golden anchor brooch is one piece in the lot, and comes in sealed cellophane bag.
The pin is 2 1/2" high and 1 7/8" wide. The front is textured and has criss-crossed ropes. There is a safety clasp pin on the back and thanks to the ring top, you can also knot a cord on the anchor and wear it as a pendant! Of course, condition is superb and the style is a perennial favorite!
