Vintage Corning Ware Un-Candle #416 Original Box. Corning Ware started production in the late 1950's with the introduction of Corning Ware Casserole and Baking Dishes. In 1972 they introduced the Un-Candle, a glass candle with a floating wick that could be burned by placing vegetable oil or colored water in the base. This candle is style number 146, a single candle that is 4 1/2 inches tall, and can be stacked on other Un-Candles to create a tall candle. It comes in the original box, has the plastic holder for the wick and includes a package of wicks. It is in excellent condition, please see our other listings for additional Un-Candles.
