Description: Dated January, 1959. Cute stylized drawing of cowboy (complete with gun in holster, full-brimmed hat, spurs and boots ) holding frying pan as he leaps in front of fully-equipped chuckwagon. Size: 10 by 9.75 inches. Back cover is blank.
Menu items inside include Crisp Steak Ranch Salads, Appetite Whetters, The Sandwich Block, and Steak Ranch Favorites. Luncheon Suggestions are printed on a removable single sheet below.
These include Soups and Appetizers, an item 'Especially Prepared for the Ladies' (on this day it was Hot Casserole Sandwich of Sliced Turkey Breast, Sliced Ham, Asparagus Points, Supreme Sauce, Hearts of Lettuce, Diced Cheese Gratin and beverage for $1.50), and 'Desserts Featured Today.'
