Description: Menu is printed on both sides of a single page of heavy stock. Dinner is on one side, Luncheon on reverse. Appetizers, plate luncheons, sandwiches, special combinations and taste suggestions, desserts and beverages are shown on the Luncheon side. Choices include pan fried baby beef liver (95 cents); French fried filet of Lake of Woods perch (80 cents), and Deluxe hamburger (55 cents). Complete dinners, Appetizers, Today’s Special Suggestions and Desserts are on reverse, with Roast prime rib of beef ($2.25), French fried jumbo shrimp ($1.50) and Roast young tom turkey ($1.75).
Features and Specials: The ‘Business Men’s Luncheon’ with soup, ‘tender flakes of young hen with homemade noodles,’ parsley buttered potato, tossed green salad, hot roll, vanilla cream pudding and beverage is 98 cents; ‘Shopper’s Special’ of Boston Baked Beans/Ham casserole, hot roll, perfection salad, banana cream pie and beverage is 75 cents. For Dinner, specials included Roast Sirloin of Beef or Hillbilly Ham Steak ($1.50) or the Chef’s Steak Special – Broiled Choice Cut T-bone Steak ($2.75). All dinners included a trip to the ‘Hospitality Relish Table’.
Condition: The menu is near mint condition with few signs of use and no abuse. There are no tears or stains.
